Speaker Reel Day Process and Pricing

Speaker Reel Day moves from message clarity to rehearsal, stage production and post-production. Reel Essential is $5,499; for Reel Advanced, book a call with Max to discuss your reel.

The experience is designed for speakers who need professional proof while pursuing opportunities, including people who do not yet have useful keynote footage. Max Partain is an Emmy Award winner with 15+ years in broadcast.

1. Position the message

Max leads a positioning and script process so the talk has a clear audience, idea and shape. You do not need to arrive with a finished keynote; you do need useful knowledge and a willingness to refine it.

2. Practice with feedback

Practice video gives the team something concrete to review. Feedback before filming can reveal pacing, unclear transitions and moments that deserve more emphasis, making stage time more productive.

3. Film the proof

Direction and multi-camera 4K production capture the talk on a broadcast stage. The production can also include headshots, b-roll and testimonials. The goal is a representative sample of your communication—not a fabricated record of a booking.

4. Edit and revise

Reel Essential includes a finished 2–5 minute reel, one revision round and all raw footage. Reel Advanced adds archive integration and five more stage minutes. Both reels share one editing queue. Review the current homepage for the exact offer details before deciding.

What the process cannot promise

A high-quality reel can make your message easier to evaluate, but it cannot guarantee bookings, income, event dates or a particular business outcome. Planners make decisions based on fit, timing, budget, topic and many factors outside production.
